How to use Seoul subway lockers (T-Locker)sizes, fees, payment & rules

Step by step

  1. Scan the QR
Point your phone camera at the QR code on the locker to open the T-Locker web page. No app needed; switch language from the menu at the top right.
  2. Pick a locker & pay
Choose an “Available” locker and pay. If your card isn't Korean, choose “International” (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, JCB, UnionPay, Alipay, WeChat Pay, PayPal and more). Enter an email or phone number to get a link for finding your locker later.
  3. Store with the PIN
After payment you get a 6-digit one-time PIN including # (it changes every 30 seconds). Type it on the keypad exactly as shown, put your bag in and close the door — it locks automatically. Check it's locked, then tap “Lock check complete”.
  4. Pick up
On the same page (or via the email link or a screenshot of the QR), tap “Pick up” to get a new PIN and open the door. Lockers are single-use: once opened, your session ends — you can't take out part and put the rest back.
  5. Went over time?
After the first 4 hours an hourly fee is added. You pay it at pick-up before the door opens.

What you can't store

You're liable for any damage from prohibited items, and for losses if you don't confirm the door is locked.

If something goes wrong

Korail, AREX and Shinbundang lockers are different

Lockers at Korail stations (Line 1 above ground, Gyeongui–Jungang, Suin–Bundang), AREX and the Shinbundang Line are run by other operators, so the T-Locker QR and fees don't apply. Check payment and the base period on the machine. Base fees in the public data:
