How to connect
- Pick SEOUL_Secure (secure) in your Wi-Fi list and enter ID seoul and password seoul (lowercase). After the first login your phone reconnects automatically wherever Seoul's public Wi-Fi is available.
- On Android, if asked: EAP method “PEAP”, CA certificate “Don't validate” (or “None”). On iPhone, tap “Trust” when the certificate appears.
- SEOUL_Secure_(3) is the same service with newer WPA3-Enterprise security. Log in the same way.
- SEOUL is the open network: tap the connect button on the page that pops up — you have to do this every time.
- Some spots, such as bus stops, run on the national network and may appear as Public WiFi Free / Public WiFi Secure.
